Please note, that you do not need to register to use this discussion forum. We are moderating all posts including registered users to prevent link spam.

To comply with the GDPR (2016) you need to be made aware that your Forum account will, at a bare minimum, contain a uniquely identifiable name (hereinafter “your user name”), a personal password used for logging into your account (hereinafter “your password”) and a personal, valid email address (hereinafter “your email”). Your information for your account at Forum is protected by data-protection laws applicable in the country that hosts this Forum. Any information beyond your user name, your password, and your email address required by Forum during the registration process is optional. You have the option of what information in your account is publicly displayed. Furthermore, within your account, you have the option to opt-in or opt-out of automatically generated emails.

We do not store any IP addresses or log web traffic. Depending on your preferences Forum may send you emails to the email address that Forum holds in your account which will either be that you used when you registered or one that you have subsequently changed, but you are able to change these preferences from your User Control Panel (UCP) at any time should you wish to stop receiving them.

The personal details that you gave us when you signed up, or added later, will be used solely for the purposes of Forum functionality. They will not be used for anything else and neither will they be passed on to any third party, none whatsoever. You can check, at any time, the personal details Forum is holding about you from the Profile section.

The only other information about you is that which you decide to post in the fora, whereupon it is considered to be “publicly available” as it will have been indexed by search engines as well as on-line archive sites. This Forum is in the Public Domain which means that all Forum posts will be ini the Public Domain as well.

Right of Access, Rectification and Erasure

You have the right to ask us to advise you of the scope of information we process about you, the purpose and nature of the processing, and information on who we share it with. You can also request to update, correct, or delete it at any time. You can do any of the above by emailing forum@webseodesigners.com. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, or at the latest within one calendar month. To ensure that the personal information we retain is up-to-date, please email us.

Fair Processing Notice

We protect your information from unauthorised use or loss and will not pass your data to anyone under any circumstances.

Security

To protect our users, we have disabled logging from our web server. Therefore, your use of this forum can not be tracked or traced. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the forum, your information is protected. Wherever we collect information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed, lock icon at your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Liability

The information you have entered is stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party, we shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Warranty

This Forum is in the public domain and provided "as is". There is no warranty of any kind including warranty of merchantability, usability, or non-infringement. We accept no liability for any claim or damages regarding our service.

Censorship and banning

Although we oppose censorship and copyrights in any form, we reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or account. We may ban accounts violating our policies for a limited time, or permanently.

Spam and moderation

If you want to post link spam, you are wasting your time. All forums and user registrations are manually moderated.

Changes

We may change its terms at any time, but we will notify users of the changes.
