GoDaddy is having AGAIN serious issues with their Asia Data Center located in Singapore. Most of the traffic is being blocked and traffic keeps timing out from USA and Europe. These problems started already 3 days ago and only some 30-35% of network traffic goes through. This is causeing SSH connections to hang, Cpanel access to fail and all websites become inaccessible spewing out errors like this:
The connection has timed out
Their support is, as usual, just blaming others and not doing anything to fix the issues. They are just telling that because DNS works, or because there is a bit higher latency before traffic reaches their network, all is fine and they don't want to do anything to fix the issue.

You can use this tool to check if your websites are affected:

Here are traceroutes are from Europe:

and USA:

These issues could have been escalated by the increase network traffic due to coronavirus hysteria. I have contacted GoDaddy support twice, pointed them the exact network device causing the troubles, and they have refused to get it fixed so don't expect these issues to be solved any time soon. The only quick and reliable solution is to move your hosting location to Europe or USA. GodDaddy servers are working OK on those location. Or if you want a more sustainable solution, ditch GoDaddy and their "award-winning support team".

It's working again after being most of the time down for almost 3 weeks. GoDaddy support was as unhelpful as always blaming everyone else except their own, broken network.
