The number of users on the World of Tanks servers has been steadily declining in the past 4 years I have been playing the game. The only servers still having adequate user base are located in Russia. There are altogether 6 servers and often over a million players online. The more players online means less rigged games making the game more enjoyable.

Russian servers require installing Russian client which is available only in Russian, Kazakh, Ukrainian and Belarusian. The whole user interface of the Russian client including voice messages is in Russian. If you don't speak any of those languages, you need to get the client working in English. To do that, you will have to install another client available in English such as NA (North America), EU (Europe) or SEA (South East Asia). When you have both Russian and English client installed to different directories:
  1. Go the installation directory of the English client and move to res directory.
  2. Copy all the files from audiowww and text directories.
  3. You need to overwrite (click Yes and Copy and Replace) exactly the same files in the Russian client.

The same procedure has to be repeated after every update because the updater is overwriting all the files.
