Currently World of Tanks Modern Armour bots know exact locations of all enemies, have unlimited amount of ammo and they can hit weak spots with incredible accuracy no matter how fast they move. That makes playing frequent bot-only games not fun.
I understand that the current implementation must be very dear to your programmers and they will defend it to the bitter end as re-implementing bots would be admitting their failure. However, bots are a matter of survival of this game.

• Be honest about bots and mark them clearly. Hiding unpopularity (too few humans to fill the games) and the amount and identity of bots in battles, prevent users from pinpointing issue as well as you to know the real situation and how users feel about bots. Changing constantly their names to obfuscate their presense further makes things only worse.
• Remake bots to follow the spotting mechanics, ammo limits as well as not knowing the locations of all players. I know this takes a lot of work, but would you rather see the game die?
• Admit issues and bugs openly, as that is the only way to get them fixed. Users spend their time trying to help you to improve the game and disregarding, belittling and explaining issues away make things only worse.
• Hire some programmers who have basic understanding of software engineering. Your current hacker clan is providing such spaghetti code that bugs reappear, strange side effect are more a rule than exception, and they are clearly unable to fix their bugs or oftentimes even admit them.
• Re-train your support people to solve issues instead of dodging them and blaming users. Although most of the time the issue is between keyboard and monitor, it still means there is something to improve in the user interface that could make the game more user friendly.
• Stop the current take the money and run and start doing things in sustainable way focussing on long term development and growing user base. You need more users even when bots are fixed. In fact, fixing bots might be the key to turn the tide and gain users instead of losing them.

I was given a timeout by KB who also deleted a chunk of my contributions in World of Tanks Modern Armour discord forums. I feel that continuing to help improving the game is no longer welcomed and KB still thinks that my improvement proposals are personal insults against her persona. And she is not even a blond.
