Wargaming (WG) is using Socialman.net as a giveaway tool on their Twitch channel. Gamers can join raffles by signing up with Socialman. The page is stating that

Your e-mail is required only for authentication and will not be used in any way.

When signing up, users are not asked for permission for sending emails, or whether they want to receive emails. Yet soon after signing up the following spam message is sent using a third party mass emailing tool mailgun.org:

Hey ,

Great news: you’re in for a treat. The countdown to picking the winner of this giveaway has started! Thanks for participating, and good luck in the final draw.

Let’s get this party started!
