Don't make the same mistake as me and believe what Wargaming is telling you about Valhalla event reward Hildr 3D Hero Commander in the World of Tanks Modern Armour console game. It has only 3 open skill slots, not nine as mentioned on their website.
The one with 9 open skill slots can only be found from their casino loot boxes they are selling with hard cash. I wish I had known this before participating in this infantile event for getting the useless commander. I already have too many of them and well, what the hell Vikings had to do with tanks anyway...Happy gaming,
