The error does not occur because of over capacity, but it appears to be there to prevent brute force hacking attempts discouraging trying again logging in. The real reason for the error is authentication error which may happen after you have changed your email address and not verified it, or after changing your phone number. Solution
You can fix the error by simply changing your password. For that you need access to your phone (receive a text message with code), email (receive a verification link by email) and the birthday you have entered to the app. If you don't have the date, you need to contact Lidl support to get the date. Without the date you can not change the password and regain the access to your Lidl Plus account and app.
If you are still not able to access the app, try the following steps:
- Delete the Lidl Plus APP.
- Clear Browser Cache.
- To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
- Restart the Device
- Reinstall the Lidl Plus APP from APP Store.
- Try again to log in.
