The only way to get it back was to move it to another hosting. DigitalOcean Security Operations Center ignored all emails and even phishdestroy.io who was used in this attack against freedom of speech admitted their mistake and apologised. As of this moment, DigitalOcean is still silent, blocking https traffic to the domain on their hosting, and lists 2 active and valid abuse reports in their Network Abuse Report tracker.
